I was technically born in Ottawa while my father was training with Shell in Houston, but we all came to Calgary soon after I was born in 1966. In 1986 I went away to school in London, Ontario, then to Vancouver in 1989. I lived in Penticton for three years and returned to Calgary for good in 1998.

I went to Loius Riel Jr High where I met Aeneas. We both turn 50 this summer. I have seen so many changes in Calgary, and love the city that it has become.

I can remember living in Southwood, Lake Bonavista, Oakridge, Millarville, Springbank Hill, Hillhurst and West Hillhurst.
