That also includes the time frame when both he and the entire team were playing like absolute garbage. In the last month and a half he has a SV% of .928. I think that's a large enough sample size to be confident in his play. I'm sure he'll still through up a stinker every now and then but even Price and Quick aren't immune to those. I also wouldn't want to trade an asset for a goalie who right now is playing below Ramo's level. Our backup situation could be better, but losing an asset on the off chance Ramo gets hurt is a waste.
