I've had serious doubts about the staff going back to the pre-season. This isn't some knee-jerk opinion.
While execution is certainly a factor in game outcomes, Hartley's regime has been dogged by ineffective shot-block-first defensive structures, terrible offensive-zone entries, baffling player-usage and poor shot-suppression AND shot-generation. Flames have had both the worst PP and PK in the league this season.
The coaching staff ought to face some valid criticism.
