Yeah but it's not like player equipment isn't better, nutrition isn't better, video work isn't better.
Also, you can't do near that #### in today's game you could in those 80's.
Today's hockey is actually shifting to the 80's being more wide open IMO. The issue is big goalies and 4 players in a box in front of the net blocking shots.
Would he score 90? Probably not, but people forget how good he was.
