Impressive to say the least. Bucs hired Lovie instead of O'Brien and clearly they missed out on that one.

Bruce Arians will be ahead of Andy Reid on most peoples lists.
The Texans are a lot like the Chiefs where they were a talented team that completely fell apart and went 2-14 and ended up with a top pick. This is proven by the fact that this number one overall pick has done very little, but they've rebounded to still win 9 games in each of the last two seasons.
The Texans were actually a much better team before that one awful year as they'd been to the playoffs two times with Matt Schaub and TJ Yates at QB and had built up a pretty solid roster outside of the QB position. Had they gone out and traded the picks to get Alex Smith when the Chiefs did, I think they would be considered a lot more dangerous team than they are and might still have Gary Kubiak coaching them with a 5th consecutive playoff appearance.
Bill O'Brien has been okay as a coach, he did a good job getting his team to regroup after Miami hung 41 first half points on them. But lets face it they won 9 games in a really bad Division, with a lot of talent that he inherited on defence. The coach himself had a bit of a hand in the QB mess that he had. But do you think he really did a better job than say Todd Bowles? Really I think he did a better job last year as his team rebounded from that bad season and had a better point differential.
That all said...he still likely was a better option than Lovie Smith.
