But seriously, even though coach of the year will be either Ron Rivera or Andy Reid, Bill O'Brien has done an amazing job over two years. 18 wins with Fitzpatrick, Hoyer, Mallett, Keenum, Tom Savage, TJ Yates and Weeden as his QBs? Impressive to say the least. Bucs hired Lovie instead of O'Brien and clearly they missed out on that one.
