BTW, Don Braid wrote an article about Drever in today's Herald. "Awww, I'm a girl that made a few mistakes in my tough life, give me a break and leave me alone. I am so tired of all the attention I am getting.". He did say there that there is no doubt NDP will take Drever back this year. So, her removal was just for show, just as WR said. Which was at the core of this incident and the public attention it has gotten. Not the "mishap" of the holiday message, which nobody really cares about or reads.

I don't think it was for show. It was a punishment and when it happened it was stated if she caught her crap together she would be allowed back in. This appears to have happened. This is a good thing.
Heard on CBC today. She does have a blame everyone else attitude and isn't the best public speaker but she does seem to be improving which is about what you can hope for when the electorate doesn't vet it's candidates.
