Is this a house or condo?
Condo is easy. Get a few noise complaints. Blast some music late at night. Even call 911 on yourself complaining about the noise.
A house might trickier in winter to get noise complaints. But im sure you could find other harmless ways to breach your lease and get evicted.

No kidding. Unless the noise is of the "it sounds like people are fighting or being killed" variety, 911 is not for noise complaints. Call the non-emergency line (403 266 1234 option 0) to complain about noise like music or parties.
