I assume you talking about Horvat? I would argue that for all the tremendous improvement he has shown in the past two years, he simply does not have the right combination of skill, speed, and size to make a very effective top-six forward. Bo Horvat has always looked like a terrific two-way centre with some limited scoring upside, and his entire trajectory to this point would seem to confirm that much.
