With lots of teams interested, this trade request will likely not happen anytime soon. Earliest I can see is the trade deadline, but if I were Yzerman, I'd make the kid sweat it out in the AHL. Maybe move him at the draft if I were to do so, otherwise, next year's deadline if he doesn't make the team with improved play and attitude.
