A couple more thoughts that ran through my head while sitting in class.

*The single mothers seem a little out of their league on the race. They could really surprise me but it's seems like they saw Cirie on Survivor and thought, let's do that but for The Amazing Race. I just think the challenges might get the best of them in the long run.
* I'm not defending Duke at all because I don't agree that you should be disappointed in an offspring because they're "gay" but he might just be disappointed that he can never have grandchildren and not the fact that his daughter is a lesbian. I, of course, don't know the whole situation (whether there are other siblings) but I know my parents would be a little disappointed if their bloodline ended with me and my brothers.
* The phrase "We could hold a conversation with a door-knob"... Yeah, each other!

We'll see if anything else pops into my head in the next class...
