It amazes me how at the very top level of any sport the difference between an 'average' player and a 'good' player comes down to consistency more than anything else.
Ramo is talented and can pull off some ridiculous saves, but he can be pretty inconsistent. It seems like he's at his best when he feels confident & comfortable in his status on the team.
The best thing Hartley can do is continue having faith in Ramo. The more games he gets the more confidence he has; the more confidence he has the more consistently good he will be. A consistently good Ramo is actually a pretty decent NHL goalie. Another good Feaster acquisition.
