It's more of an acquired taste but as mentioned they can have health benefits plus variety.

But now I do try to stick to water, coffee/tea (black) and milk for protein.
I can't stand black coffee.

I ended 2015 drinking plain tea (no sugar or milk) and just wasn't overly enjoying it either. Would always come home with a half full travel mug. I know stuff like green tea and chamomile and other herbals can be good for you plain -- maybe I'll introduce it back in later though. A month of drinking only water would probably make plain green tea taste magical.

And for the above -- I've also dramatically adjusted my breakfasts and lunches for healthier options. More fresh vegetables and fewer unhealthy carbs and processed meats in both. I haven't exercised much at all and I'm already down 4 pounds, feeling pretty good about keeping it rolling!
