Here are some really inexpensive ways to improve the current Saddledome….

- Remove all the large trucks and other vehicles from the concourse… duh!
- Add carousel line ups bars to some of the concessions on the main floor to keep the lines closer to the concession counters (ie: pocket dog lineup). Hell you could even add a carousel line to the washroom. Just try to keep the main concourse area a little more clear for people to move around or stand.
- Add signs to the washroom, ENTRY ONLY/EXIT ONLY to keep things moving. Half the time theres a line to get out of the washroom because there’s no space.
- Add an extra door to the corner washrooms so there is an entry and an exit.
- Add a giant sign above the main west entry doors “Remove all metal objects (key, phones, coins, etc) from your pockets and hold above head”.
- Have the concession staff prepare more beers, nachos, etc prior to intermission to keep the lines moving. The fact that you cant take a leak and grab a drink or snack during the intermission is a joke. I would probably spend more money if I didn't have to miss the first 5 minutes of the period to get a snack.

As someone else mentioned filling in the outside concourse is a good idea. Adding some permanent washrooms in this space is also a great idea.
