Finland actually has had a booming foodie and restaurant culture for over a decade now.
The restaurant day , a Finnish invention, is becoming an international phenomenon, and the haute cuisine restaurants here give you great value for money (in that category).
(Also; technically I think you mean Nordic countries. Scandinavia is just Sweden, Norway and Denmark.)
But yeah, expensive countries. Sweden and Norway especially.
