This is what I've come to learn reading online news. There is an article posted quickly, in these days written by a reporter under huge time restraints, then it goes through multiple edits as they become more accurate. As it stands now, that article has gone through at least 2 edits. Here is a cut and paste from the current version's headline (and yes its on the Calgary Sun website but hey, they're owned by Postmedia, right?). You can't get the prior edits unless you save them the article at the time:

Every update was a change, when I read it earlier in the day I formed an impression. That impression was wrong, but, the final edit confirmed what I thought which was, Drever submitted nothing. And I think that's fine, though most politicians will take any publishing space they're offered, so in that respect perhaps Drever still has a few things to learn (look at how much Pootmans published in that same newsletter).
