Given the thousands of dollars provided by this community, and the generosity shown by the members, we'd just like a bit more background on what and who we were dealing with - and anything else you'd want to share to help us feel better. Maybe will warm the cockles of our hearts considering we're easily 70 degrees colder than you are right now! (is that a good Fahrenheit conversion?)
