To say Edmonton has the EXACT same things to do as Calgary is absurd unless you're confining that strictly to city limits.

Which, to be fair, when people are talking about a city they usually are just talking about the city.
I'd say to a lot of people proximity to the mountains isn't a big deal. Doesn't seem to matter how hard I try, I still only seem to make it once a year
