It's the stupid judges in this country that's pissing me off, people are getting probation for possession of illegal handguns. If this keeps up we'll have the same problems as the states.

(first offense)
Possession of an illegal gun - 5 years
Using an illegal gun in a crime - 10 years
Shooting someone with an illegal gun - 25 years

Post these penalties on billboards/front pages and watch violent crime drop.
I don't understand how anyone that's going to trial for a violent crime who has a prior criminal background is being released until trial. That's what grinds my bones.

And the fact that they put him with his grandmother, and he clearly broke those release conditions with or without his Grandmother knowledge bugs me as well.

To me, I firmly believe that if you release someone into the custody of a family member or friend or whatever, and they go out and commit a crime, the person responsible for the release conditions should be charged with aiding and abetting, or whatever its called.
