He was convicted of car jacking and pistol whipped the driver, under the criminal code he could have got 15 years.
It's the stupid judges in this country that's pissing me off, people are getting probation for possession of illegal handguns. If this keeps up we'll have the same problems as the states.
My take:
(first offense)
Possession of an illegal gun - 5 years
Using an illegal gun in a crime - 10 years
Shooting someone with an illegal gun - 25 years
Post these penalties on billboards/front pages and watch violent crime drop.
