I got to see it this morning.. I loved it.

Interesting to see comments of people unhappy with Kylo being Emo, and parts of the final duel.

I didn't see him as Emo, but more torn. It's like a personality disorder when the crazed side is attempting to take over. I actually thought it was well executed.

And for the final battle, he's powerful, but very raw still. Everything from his light sabre to his control. Even Vader had control over himself and focused his evil. That was clearly a man gripped by rage. Rey has innate ability. I liked how it went down.

As for Rey. What a cool character. I loved her constantly trying to shake Finn holding her hand.

Overall, I liked how they focused on the characters, and how the transition would happen from the old to the new regime.

The prequels were preoccupied with trying to tell the grand story of the transformation of Vader, but didn't focus on character.

The nods to the original trilogy were a bit over the top, but I appreciated some of it: like the garbage chute.

Very excited for the next series of movies.
