Fireball and hot (or cold alcoholic) cider is delicious as well.
Also, putting Fireball in the freezer until is syrupy, making a snowball, and pouring Fireball over said snow ball to make a DIY snow cone is fantastic.
One of my new favorites:
New York Sour:
- 2 parts bourbon/whiskey/rye/scotch
- 1 part simple syrup (I use raw sugar to make mine, gives it a nice robust flavor)
- 1 part lemon juice (not crappy concentrate stuff, either)
- egg white (optional)
Shake, and pour over ice. Float 1 part red wine (Malbec, or something similar) on top.
