I'm also hearing that Snoke in person is actually just 7 feet tall, so much closer to human sized. This gives me hope that he won't be overly ridiculous. As long as they're meticulous on the CGI of the real thing. For whatever reason, their hologram projector/whatever was just really massive, I guess.
