Same here. I picked up Just Cause 3 as I doubt it would go on sale this quick. Well that was a bad move, I'm one of the large group of players who cant play the game, refuses to even start up. Developer says they hope to get a patch out before Christmas
Looks like I get to use Steam Refunds yet again.
