That was the primary problem with the CBC having the stinkin' Leafs on all the time. It was not special at all, it was disappointing. This was a network that took too long to make changes. The Canucks come into the league in 1970, the Oilers and Jets in 1979, and then Flames move to Calgary a year later and after years of western complaints, doubleheaders finally happened in 1995.
