It isn't about the .003 career average difference. It's about the fact that Hiller may never approach his career average again. Frankly, this season he's looked like he's washed up.
As for ‘team chemisty’, go ahead and destroy it, whatever it is. Chemistry has an R in it, and won't be affected by bringing in a backup goalie who can play instead of one who can't.
