They can cover whatever subject they want. I really don't care as I don't watch anymore. The cast, and writing have all went downhill.

I don't think it's an endorsement as much as an attempt to take political figures who are well known and go "here they are doing things that are goofy that you normally wouldn't see them doing!!!" for cheap laughs, imo.
