The parking situation at Tuscany is pretty brutal. I am not sure what type of data was used to come up with a suitable number of parking stalls but it is way off. In addition to insufficient parking spaces, the majority of street parking nearby has been changed within the past month to be 3 hour parking stall. This effectively is giving people the finger who want to take advantage of park and ride facilities.

I am just trying to understand the motivation behind these moves. I have seen people counting foot traffic there before so it isn't as if the city doesn't know of the demand. Now, if you are not at the station at 6:30 am you are not getting a spot.

What is the city doing to encourage more people to take the train by making parking eaiser?
