Hes winning trophies regularly, they're CL contenders regularly, he gets big money and he gets to stay at the home and at the club he loves.
At some point the amount of money United can offer him that Bayern becomes unwilling to match isnt worth it to them.

I do think Bayern, amazing as it sounds, can afford to lose him and not have it adversely affect them. If you can get £150 million for Muller, I gotta think it's gonna be very difficult to say no. But obviously if Muller doesn't want to go, he won't go. But at some point every athlete wants a new challenge, so maybe it doesn't happen this year but I think he eventually wants to test himself in the EPL.
