Do you ever get tired of flogging that horse polak? Or you in dire need of some glue to fix something?

Not every issue needs to be resolved by firing people, or even benching people. Sometimes you just have to keep going to work day after day till you work it out. I am not a huge fan of the PP or PK its hard to imagine anyone could be sometime, but I have seen some improvement lately, if it was trending in the other direction (I know its hard to do when its so crap) I'd be a bit more worried, but still not to the point of calling for firing people. Whole-sale switching things around can often be more detrimental then learning how to do what you are practicing already properly so that it runs like a clock, you know how/where people are going to be.

The two things I'd like to see is a change in the entry where they are not stacking up the blueline and atleast 2-3 are coming in together at full speed. This would back off the defenders and make the pass to the line or dump in more effective, but really what I'd like to see too is carrying in a lot more but the line is often crowded because of... lack of speed. As for the PK I'd like to see them pressure a bit more... not the stupid swarm practiced up north, but just jumping at the offense whenever they see the opportunity and try to force more turn-overs, the risk with this is running yourself tired and allowing someone to float in behind the committed player, so its a risk/reward play... still given their results on the PK is the risk really that high?

The other thing I would really like to see is a few new bodies on the PP and PK but that might be a case of tossing a new variable into the mix that now needs to get up to speed with the rest, ruining cohesion. It might seem like a good idea but if implemented actually turns out to be a step backward. Either way nothing that is going on right now deserves anyone getting fired imo, nor is it a sign of bad coaching, but rather players needing to step up and play the way they can. Just give it time, I am seeing lots of improvements all over, and confidence can do wonders.
