I agree completely. Talking about Tinordi is far preferable to talking about Eklund.

Tinordi is at or nearly NHL ready, and is essentially a 6'6 Super-Smid on the left side. Physical, big hits, drop the gloves, heavy shot non-spectacular crease clearer. Bottom pairing guy on a good team.

If Montreal is looking for a utility guy that can play up and down the roster and not get lost, we do have a couple of those. Tinordi and Nakladal stepping in for Russell and Wideman would be all kinds of awesome from my perspective. Nice set up for next year.
