Had the US filed an extradition request for the rapist?
Had Mexico filed an extradition request to pick up Dog?

Does the end justify the means?

The guy he took down was scum, but if he broke a Mexican law, he should be subject to the same penalty as anyone else.
If he had come up to Canada and grabbed somebody, I know I would be ****ed - our country our laws.

And the US can convict someone in absentia?

The rapist is scum, he gets whats coming to him and twice as much on top; but trying to capture this dirtbag does not make anyone else above the law.
