I'd be more than happy to take the position, here are some campaign slogans:

"I've never spent more than 2 week in Alberta"

"Let's get into debt, and run deficits like a REAL province"

"Who needs Oil, lets invest in pumpkins, I have a feeling their sales are gonna peak around January!"

"Will spend entire surplus bribing Gary Bettman for the Stanley Cup" (hey I have to have atleast one promise I'm gonna keep)
