I'm sure this is a stupid question, and its first thing in the morning, so forgive me:

If a player decides to play for another country (ie. Walman - USA) for the World Juniors are they tied to that nation indefinitely?

I know in soccer junior tournaments dont determine a player's nationality, they have to play a game for that nation at the senior level.
