Hard to say whether it's just right or a little too much. On one hand it's pretty easy to hit a floating titan with a sniper compared to a Gunslinger and their less predictable/instant shots. I think we'll find Sunbreakers a little frustrated that they don't have other viable builds because the main perk tree choices are the best by nature of sucking less despite being nerfed.
All these Striker changes are welcome. Lots of perk tree choices to consider as well as the exotic armor like Helm of Inmost Light getting an indirect buff.
