If it's under or even slightly over 50k you'd be much better with a small claim. And if so, you'd likely be better off with a paralegal than a lawyer. Google small claim court agent and take your pick. The top of that list is Usue. Moto is "kicking ass in court for you". The guy is pretty aggressive and knows the process well. At very least, your cost is much less. As well, small claims are different than queen's bench. The case that makes the most sense usually wins. It's easier to get your judgement and a real lawyer is less important. It's made for the general public, not lawyers.
Over 50k is harder. I'll message you my list if you want.
