from the combine results posted at pensionplanpuppetts
he was not in the top 10 at the combine:
1 Jack Sadek 4
2 Anthony Richard 4.6
3 Gabriel Carlsson 4.8
4 Brandon Carlo 4.9
5 Austin Wagner 5
6 Parker Wotherspoon 5
7 Brendan Guhle 5.1
8 Travis Konecny 5.9
9 Noah Hanifin 6.1
10 Felix Sandstrom 6.2
Would it be a wrong assumption that the average NHler ( with years of full professional fitness training) be significantly fitter than the 18 year olds at the combine?

I'd say most NHL players would probably have a body fat content of around 7-10%, depending on the person.
Having a body fat as low as these kids above is going to be counter-productive more often than not.
