I am going to echo what some on here have said. This team needs to be bought by one rich dude that actually cares about winning. There is no way that the Jays need to have a budget at where they are.

1) Toronto is one of the largest markets in baseball by population
2) Toronto is the #1 TV market in baseball and has the best TV deal.
3) Fans would sell out the Rogers Centre if there was a winning team
4) They outright own the Rogers Centre which they paid pennies on the dollar for.
5) Even if the Jays lost some money, it would be a drop in the bucket for Rogers, but with all of the above, I do not see how the Jays could possibly lose money, especially when you know what they charge for food and beer at the Rogers Centre.

I am so sick of them being run like a small to mid market team. It is complete BS.
