The chart suggests after Matthews, the next tier of players consists of JP, Tkachuk, Chychrun and Laine. Then a dropoff to Nylander and Fabbro. Then the rest of the pack.
Max Jones seems to be all over the place... rankings either think he is a top end talent or late round 1st.
