What really stood out to me in that video is the minor league team seems to be a mirror of the NHL squad. Poor coverage and gawd awful special teams. When do we start to look at this and figure out that maybe our problems are systematic? Management has made certain that our coaches at all levels are using a similar system, yet both teams are currently at the bottom of the collective barrel. Is it time to change up the system and try and adopt something that hasn't been ripped from the pages of a college or European league playbook?
