With the Flames heading towards another loss, they are now in 30th with the likely Avalanche victory.

I didn't expect that at this point of the season.

Even more fun is that December is a month from hell.

13 games

5 vs teams in the top 10
4 vs teams 11-14th
4 vs Buffalo, Anaheim, Winnipeg, and Edmonton with only the Oilers game being easier.
