Raiders might have more talent, but holy smokes what is going on with the playcalling.
The only thing they can do is a 7 step drop on passing plays letting the pass rushers tee off on Brooks with no running game established.
Wow. Try a rollout, bootleg, 3 step drops... Yikes.
