That right there!! (I'm not calling you out at all but using as an example of how some view the situation)
Hudler can't get as much as Glencross? If a GM can't get at minimum the same return as Glencross from Hudler, I question their ability to one GM and two, how to sell/negotiate..
Hudler is coming off a career year and still has tons left. Its a different beast this year and the younger guys are being given more leadership responsibility so they can prepare for the future.
Hudler is not "the guy" on the Flames anymore and rightfully so. Not because he's washed up but because the team needs to learn who they can depend on going forward. If this was a playoff/conference contender, than Huds would be put in almost every situation as he has proven he can handle them.
Hudler should return a minimum 1st rounder.
