You could forgive the Stampeders to be a bit jealous of the Ottawa RedBlacks offensive line this season. While the Stamps were forced to start 10 different players this season, the RedBlacks had five guys who played all 18 games.
Two of them were warriors they got from the Stamps. Left guard J’Micheal Deane was picked up in the expansion draft, while centre Jon Gott was picked up in a trade that netted the Stamps fellow centre Pierre Lavertu.
“That’s pretty impressive,” Gott said. “I didn’t notice until the last game when someone mentioned it. It’s great. The guys stayed healthy. The guys kept their bodies right and it worked out for us.”

Unbelievable that they could get through the whole season with basically the starting o-line intact.
