Actually wish the waiver rules on goalies was a little looser. They take so long to develop it'd be nice to have more options for a longer period of time with them.

The waiver rules on goalies are looser.
Goalies are waiver exempt for one year longer than skaters, and the cost to put in a waiver claim on goalies is higher than the cost to claim a skater. A goalie with 5 years experience costs $63,750 to claim from waivers, a similar skater is only $26,250.
