It does depend of the style of GM. If he was really that worried about Ortio, he shouldn't have re-signed Ramo.
So far, Treliving doesn't believe you can "over season prospects" but everyone and their dog knows Raymond is taking up a spot.
The biggest question for me is, which Treliving transaction as the Flames GM has actually helped them, except Hiller last season?
