I am not sure I fully understand the logistics and legal limitations of signing a college prospect. Are there any good for us strings attached to his signing by the Calgary Flames organization that are significantly different from signing a "normal" prospect? In other words, what do we have going for us other than Treliving's stated good relationship with the player?
