Only one I can think of is driving the net HARD coming out of the corners the way Bennett and Gaudreau do. If he adds that element to his game, and he has the puckhandling skills to add it... the league will be scared of Janko.

I agree that would probably help his game a bit, but I think he has played with much more assertiveness and going to the dirty areas with much more regularity and effectiveness. Still room for improvement of course, but his assertiveness and propensity to go to the 'dirty areas' was a few key elements that was missing from his game in his first couple of years in the NCAA.
