I don't think the offense lost the game for the Stamps. I understand some people are upset with DD's decision in not running the ball on the two red zone plays but the first one would have worked if Parker hanged on to the ball on the end zone on the first one. He got that guy beat. The 2nd red zone I admit was questionable especially the first play. Not sure which receiver was supposed to catch the ball. We lost because the special team could not generate anything and Skye Dawson didn't help either. He lost the ball 3 times but only one of them counted as a fumble, which also cost us a TD against. I don't think Dawson will be back next season. For some reason Stubler's defense almost have problem against Reilly all the time. It doesn't help that they have to use Berger and sometimes have to rush with 3 DLine in some plays. Injuries finally caught up to Stamps. It is not an excuse but losing pretty much the entire OLine really hurts us. We played with 3 import OLine which I thought played well killed us with the ratio. Quinn Smith who usually play well as a DLine could not help the D because he is the backup OLine. Losing 2 DBs Fred Bennett and Joe Burnett didn't help because we ended up putting a rookie Evans and National Berger. Not sure why Campbell did not start as he played well the last two games he played. I didn't hear his name today. There was a lot of holes on secondary tonight and Reilly always looks like a genius against Stamps DB.
I hate to admit it but Eskimos are much better team tonight that's why they won. I can't stand losing to those idiots. Stamps lost because of too many turnovers, defense was awful and ref didn't help with their questionable calling or lack of. Oh well there is always next year.
