Hamonic simply doesn't have the three zone upside that Hamilton does, and never will.

Dougie's tools are off the charts and he has been our second best defensemen behind only TJ Brodie for the past 11 or so games. I simply can't believe that Brad Treliving would be as fickle as a select few of you are being in regards to Dougie.

Brodie is completely off limits here, and while I would personally entertain moving Giordano in a deal based around Hamonic, it simply doesn't make much logistical sense all things considered.

I don't think the Flames and Islanders are viable trade partners at this point in time.
